George Rogers is the founder and the principal advisor of Rockface Capital Advisors.

He has over 35 years of experience. He has built and led some of the world's leading investment bank mining finance teams.
​
George is supported by a financial modelling expert and a panel of technical specialists with expertise in mining, geology and mineral processing.
​
This gives Rockface Capital Advisors the expertise to structure and advise on mining project finance and valuation, and to offer world leading expert witness services in these areas.

Built and headed the mining finance businesses at Morgan Grenfell, Deutsche Bank and Investec Bank in London, leading them for a combined total of 18 years.​​
